This a new concept of hotel, it is like Airbnb. So do not expect someone to clean your room. However, they offer the service to clean room for 30 bucks. The location is perfect if you want to stay close the little habana. I did not fine a lot of recommendations in little havana. However, they have a really good places to go to eat and hace experiences. The tower hotel little havana is really quiet, the rooms are really clean and there is not noisy place. The air conditions works really good and the have towels and everything to take in the first floor in case that you need more. The reception is open until 4 pm. So if you want to leave your suitcase after check out just make sure be before 4 pm. In addition, there are not staff here for the whole day but they are checking in the app
Tower Hotel is a good place to rent if you want to explore Little Havana ir Calle Ocho. The customer service is good. They are good communicators anytime of the day and night. They have a free storage unit where you can put your luggage. The rooms are clean. There is a 24/7 coffee maker in the loby. The living room is big and cozy. I highly recommend it.
GREAT EXPERIENCE ----- This is a futuristic style of a hotel. Super cool airbnb. I stayed here for over 20 nights and my stay was expeceptional. I dealt with some of the ladies at the front desk that were super helpful. Both of them, I dont know how to spell their names but both ladies were super helpful. I also spoke with Oscar from management who helped me defuse a situation and got booked in to stay and stayed on the phone to make sure I was booked in! This Airbnb style hotel is great because its an ART MUSEUM, super cool art all over the hotel and super safe. Every where in the property you need a code to access. Only thing I would say is that I wish there was a better coffee machine in the lobby. Other than that - GREAT SPOT. P.S. - Before you book, please read everything because if you come at night like I did - you need to know that you need access codes to get into the building.
The tower hotel is a hidden gem. I needed a place to stay for 6 weeks while I was receiving radiation treatments at the Univ of Miami Hospital. I was looking for something economical, mainly. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel for $60 a night, this is not it. But it is a really a very nice place with good customer service. It’s quiet and the location is fabulous! I love all of the restaurants and night life on Calle Ocho (little Havana). There’s a local grocery nearby and so many places to eat with live music and Starbucks for coffee. Parking on the street was easy to find and I had no issues with my car or safety. I will definitely be coming back for sporting events or just a chill weekend and have recommended Tower Hotel to friends.

A charming authentic budget hotel in a walking distance from the "tourist" Little Havana street with Cuban and Puerto Rican restaurants and shops. My room was clean, everything is nice tidy. I had no issues during my stay. People who expect luxury service and amenities from a very cheap place should adjust their expectations.
Service was excellent,,,Sheyla was spectacular,, Super attentive to all of our needs. Excellent place to stay, Nice and safe and close by to basically everything. I will definitely be returning soon
